Do any of you read Bill who quotes Zingerman's this week.

It's so basic yet so true I thought I would share.

“5 Stupid Ways to Lose a Customer”.

If I don’t see them…they don’t exist. <LI class=MsoNormal style="mso-list: l3 level1 lfo4">Make excuses. <LI class=MsoNormal style="mso-list: l3 level1 lfo4">Don’t let them “into” your business. <LI class=MsoNormal style="mso-list: l3 level1 lfo4">Read them the rules.
  • Make it hard for them to give you their money.
