During V-Day, I believe 1800 and proflowers used "Roses from 24.99" in some of their ads.
The product was actually a 4" rose bush.
The one thing I'll say is that these low price points in ads must work because all the national companies are using them in varying degrees.
Are consumers happy with their purchases or are they simply luring shoppers in and convincing them to spend more? Probably the latter...
