Some suggestions for bridesmaid bouquets

I have a October 16th wedding.

Bride is carrying deep red roses with Swarovski Chrystals.

Bridesmaid dresses are black. She wants dramatic hand held bouquets for the bridesmaids. One flower, all white. Calla are overdone so those are out.

Any great ideas would be much appreciated.

What about doing something with Stars of bethlehem (the ones with the black centers)??? grass and silver wire...

What about.....

Handtied with all mini gerb in white with black centres with a diamante pin in the centre. Red/white/black chiffon around the stems with black pins giving a jacket effect. You could even edge them in white feathers with diamantes on them.

Of course there are always roses but if they are looking for something different this could be the one.

I personally like mini calla, white akito and white freesia with a white astilbe edging but it is probably more traditional than contemporary.

I kept thinking glamelia, because of the drama, but I love the white amaryllis! And Cathy's black ti leaves. You could even use Shannons stick-on rhinestones like she did on her callas for the bridal show.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. This bride has been a bit fussy. Really wanted to go with something none of her friends have had and something she has not seen done. The Star of Bethlehem is what did it for her. She wants small bouquets but dramatic. I will be doing about 15 Star of Beth with the black centers, rolled Tye leaves and accent of black soft feathers and some silver wire accents. The boutonnieres will be the Stars with black feather wrapped stems with a twist of silver wire.

Her table arrangements are going to be topiary like, silver risers, all red mix of flowers with a accent of black feathers and 4 black roses (the black roses being a request she will not budge on)

Lets hope she does not change her mind again.
