So I went on vacation last week.....Finally!
My first night I stayed in Anaheim CA.
I really wanted to see Cathy's (CHR) shop, so I let her know I was coming to town and she met me at her shop and gave me a tour! too cool!!
Was such a pleasure.
Anyhoo-
She asked me what name I was registered under at the hotel. I told her and never thought twice about it. I figured it was in case she needed to give me a message.
Imagine my surprise when I walk in the room and a gift basket is waiting and it even had a floral arrangement in it!!
I had a kool-aid grin from ear to ear! Such a classy thing to do!
And TOTALLY unexpected! No one ever sends me anything- You know how it is when you're a florist!
My husband says to me before I get to the the card "Who the hell is sending YOU flowers!!" Then I see the envelope. He was totally a little jealous at first... Then he munched down some goodies.
So a BIG public Thanks Cathy! And It was awesome to meet you!
I carted my flowers all over the place with me. lots of people asked me about them. And they even let me take them on the water taxi over to the Island! Woo Hoo! And cute little girl sat in front of me and my husband on the water taxi. We became fast friends, I think she was in love with my husband. Anyway, I pulled out a couple of the hot pink matsumotos and gave them to her. She loved 'em!
I went and saw BigTeds shop too cause Cathy made me a map and said his shop was open on Sundays.
Really big flower shop... And it is a F-L-O-W-E-R SHOP!!!
AMAZING green houses and plants. If ya ever get the chance, check out his store! I really even liked the parking lot! He has the great big giant pots with flowers and plants in them. When you pull up in his parking lot theres flower petals all over the ground. It's kinda neat! Every parking spot has flower petals. I'm not sure if it's done on purpose, but it was cool to me! Felt kinda fancy...parking on petals!
