I have Daisy & didn't receive directory on disk. Called last week--ok, will send it out. Received disk for Eagle 7.0, I have Daisy, called again, ok, will overnight it, again, no disk, called, an honest lady told me they are so far behind they aren't even getting messages answered, it might be several more days before they will even read my request. Call the Dove or Daisy #, you wait on hold for 20 min or more if you have the patience. What gives??

Teleflora just announced it is giving away free accounting software to everyone on Dove. Just imagine what your support will be like when they get a few hundred or few thousand Dove users calling them for training on the free software. Twenty-minute hold times might not look all that bad. Assuming there is some truth to the statement, "you get what you pay for", exactly what do you get when it's free?

On another note, the letter that accompanied my latest August directory had an interesting paragraph reminding me to send all Teleflora orders over Dove or by phone, "as they may no longer be sent over the Mercury network. The August/September/October Directory listings for Teleflora shop codes do not display a Mercury indicator". This is getting real fun. When will we ever learn?

I can honestly say, I've never spent more than 5 minutes on hold with TF support, and that's a rarity.
 
Nope ... tech support is from Arkansas or some such area. It's a bunch of laid-back friendly American's with quite the accent - but they're so friendly and knowledgeable you forget you're calling tech support at all :)
 
Yea, only every once and a while do I spend more than 5 mins on hold. But, I usually get a person that will log my call and the tech will call me back.

I just called a couple of minutes ago about the same problem. No directory on disc.

As far as the Dove Plus at first I was under the assumption that there would be a monthly fee for it eventually but it seems I read the press release wrong. What will probably happen is that the Dove Network fee will go up. :mad: But who knows.
