Did anyone notice this new franchise?

Speaking Roses International Inc. (OTCBB: SRII), today announced the signing of the first franchise agreement and the opening of their first retail flower store. The shop, located at 2104 South 700 East in Salt Lake City, will provide full floral services combined with real-time personalization through the use of patented embossing technology.

I remember a few years back when we tried their machine in our store...had it for a couple months...

Customer comments..."Neat Idea, but no thanks"...

I think they have a good online presence, but will be cusious as to how a retail operation will do...

This has proved to be a good seller for us, though sales have tailed off a bit. Our wholesaler has the national contract, so they do the printing and we pick up the roses with our regular shipments.

I'm also the recipient of fairly frequent emails from sales people wanting to sign up for regional sales work (apparently they can't tell if we're the company, or a vendor - says a lot for their sales knowledge ). So, it's popular amongst the less-than-smart work from home types as well!
