Tried on the "other" board. We have spiders from pin point size to pin head size in our boxwood from VA. Any other suggestions other than Raid? I really don't want to use it after sprayed with pesticide that breaks out my hands with use. This is an annual problem, why can't the growers control the spiders in Boxwood?

Rhonda, it is because they do not fumigate it. Ask for fumigated boxwood when you get it. Some states require it prior to shipping into their state. Raid can be very damaging to the nerves in the ends of your fingers, which is exactly what it damages in the insects to kill them (their nerves)

try a mixture of liquid dishsoap and water in a spray bottle- gets rid of them- wont hurt you, the greens or the environment :D

don't know the exact measurements, but a couple squirts of soap and a full bottle of water, swirl around a bit to mix and voila' - bugs gone!

Liquid soap

Ivory is the best, no additives, no extra fragrances. I spray my green foliage, etc........... The best to use.
