Still no Teleflora Rebate Check

Well, here it bee, March 14th, and still no rebate check from Teleflora.

When we called, we were told that, they were mailed out on February 25th. Another florist friend of mine in Michigan has not received their rebate check either. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?

Just another reason why WEE HAD TO SAY GOOD-BYE in addition to their raising the DOVE fees from $39.95 to $79.95 since 2002 and just snuck in another $10.00 increase in dues this January from $139.95 to $149.95.

Must be all the value added $ervices they offer, EY?

Nothing here either...when I called them they replied with, "yes, we know there's a problem".
So I asked, "if you know there's a problem why aren't you being proactive about it and send out a message over the Dove to let us all know to call in if we haven't gotten our check. No, instead you're just waiting to see if anyone calls you".
Just seems a bit dirty to me. But then again when you do things the right way you can't understand why others choose to do things the way they do.

Sorry about the above, it's been a long week, my head's pounding and they just rub me wrong......
 
We quit TF-sent a letter in Nov 06. Called about a million times to see what the status was. Kept receiving bills and finally last month after threatening to write a letter to the Attorney General etc..got a phone call from Andy Potter saying January 07 will be your last bill ever. Sure enough got a bill today for over $400 for membership services etc. I know this is off track from not getting a rebate check,but we are really sick of this and I just felt like venting as we received three calls today to fill TF orders. The Dove has been turned off for over 4 months and they will NOT stop. :soapbox:
 
So we called and complained about where our TF rebate check was... They said it had been mailed out. They were issuing another, hmmmm...
So the new one came and then the next day the original one that they had issued also showed up! I guess they really had sent those checks out!! Anybody else that complained end up with 2 checks?

Only got the one on March 17th

Well, FINALLY and on March 17th, our Teleflora rebate check arrived!

As Shelby pointed out, it was CHUMP CHANGE, but then again, It's MY FREEKEN CHUMP CHANGE!

Had the situation been reversed and my check arrived to them after the due date of the 25th?

Well, we all know how that would've went down, DON'T WEE?

All part of their NEW and IMPROVED VALUE ADDED $ERVICES, ey?
 
Toto Quit Bit******

Toto, quit making so many waves. When Teleflora reads this post about how late their rebate checks came, I can see the message on the next statement. It probably will go something like this.

"Due to the overwhelming success of Teleflora's rebate program, we will be placing a $20.00 fee begining next month in order to keep our rebates processed on time. We here at Teleflora are always working hard to make our florists the most successful in the industry"

PS. we said Teleflora florists were succesful by our standards, not profitable due to our services. We will continue to work hard at removing as much money from your pockets as possible.
 
Maybe my post wasn't really clear.....I was @@@@@ing up a storm about it being late, my reason for posting was to say that we ended up recieving 2 checks. The First one they sent and the one they sent out immediately because we were @@@@@ing. Did you happen to notice the post mark date on your check...? I don't Know about yours but ours was sent out on time like it always usually is. So....Unless TF now owns the US post office or they paid them off somehow to change the dating on all those checks... Anyways, In this case, this time, I owe TF an apology for not believing they had sent it, jumping to conclusions ect. Let's just admitt we were wrong like adults and move on.
