Finally a refreshing blog for guys with nostalgic taste. It's called A Continuous Lean. In a world of 20 something girl blogs, this one makes me so happy because it's by a guy for guys. As a new middle aged guy, I have such a hard time buying cloths that don't make me look like a kid, but there are great ideas in here that puts together looks for you that are youthful with a mature nostalgic look. Hey, clothes make the man right?

Cheers for that Thom. Although i'm not quite middle-aged (working on it, I'm 35) my tastes do lean towards vintage/retro. Looks like my style -although not my budget.

Good timing as well - I'm in the market for a new man-bag.

Well of course Mark, just for everyday wear I look like a cross between Steve Irwin and Hugh Jackman (from the Australia movie, not Wolverine) ::BS



Although that bag - I think could carry enough Urban provisions to last me year in that thing!

As someone who really follows fashion, I'm not digging the coat/ outfit in the first picture, but do you know that is actually quite the stylish Man Bag?

Side note: riding boots are big this year, should go well with the manbag. Just pick a darker demin/ worn jacket and you could be fit for GQ.
 
I've been looking for a boot like this Bowery Boot. Heavens, $700 and only a few will be made for each shop. Made in America. Although Wolverine's Bowery Boot is $500 less and pretty close. ???

I like Man Bags. I use one when I travel. I also use it when I'm out with my baby girls.

For me, function and comfort out weigh style... the coat has 12 pockets!
