Have a bride who wants (wanting and getting are 2 different things!)..white anemones with black centers for mid November. I have suggested to her white lisianthus, white mini gerbers..but not getting anywhere with her.
Any suggestions?

We can only suggest--tell her you will explore all options--but--if you have to import them from France they will be very $$$$ and NO guarantees on quality or longevity !!
Some how that always works for me!

Yes...when we mention very expensive that usually works...will also approach her with silk option (that will take some searching this late in the season for those even).

Some moron put in a bridal magazine (I don't know which one) a bouquet of white anemones and some other flowers calling it a fall wedding bouquet. I had the same problem with another bride. I gave her the very same options which she didn't like. I let the situation go and let her figure out what she wants to do. After visiting at least 3 other shops, she came back to me and decided on white calla lilies.

Sometimes you just can't make it happen on the budget they have. Anemones might be available in New Zealand but I doubt your bride will want to pay $1000 for her bouquet. Well...you never know! LOL

One bride I had inquiring wants white anenome and white peonies late September... I love all the great pictures on the web with them in it. Maybe they should start putting the date available with it.
