Every entrepreneur I know wants to make more money.

But surviving in business is not only about HOW much money you make, but WHEN you make it and WHEN you spend it. In other words, "cash flow."

If you can't control your cash flow, you can't control your company.

I am a living example of this maxim...the reason I abandoned the flower industry was this very issue. Being a partner with my lovely and talented wife made financial decisions a never ending source of stress. It's hard enough managing the family budget, much less a $400k/year operation.
