yes, I own Victoria's Flowers and yes, I am a designer as well. What about you?

Yes, I own and design, whenever I get the chance, also. How long have you been in business?

The flower shop I bought has been in business for the last 15 years, but I have been doing this since I can even remember withthe family business back in Europe, where my mother used to own the flower shop.

 

[Connie]

How long have you owned your shop? What do you find to be your greatest challenge as a shop owner?

 

[suzie]

sorry, I did not answer your question. I have owned this specific shop for the last 9 months. The most chalenging thing is to work with people, meaning employees and wholesalers. Veeery frustrating, when you order flowers, pay the full price at the wholesaler and get just a leftover from "special". Also, having employees is one of the harderst things. What do you think? By the way, I am having a hard time getting around this site, so far. Maybe I just need some time to get used to it.

Right now, I am blessed with excellent employees, the best I've ever had. However, in years past, that was not the case, and it was a miserable situation.

You will become more accustomed to this site and will have greater access when you become a registered member. There is probably a thread somewhere that will help you navigate. If there is such a thing, someone will be supplying a link soon, I'm very certain.
