Tall, Airy Design

I have a job to do arrangements for a book signing at someone's home. The host has requested a tall, narrow and airy arrangement for a small side table in her home. What materials would you use in an arrangement like this? I'm just a little stumped on "airy."

When I think "airy" I think:

Curly willow, dendrobium orchids, tulips, bear grass, etc.

I just found this photo online and it fits my definition of airy...

Good pic Heather. Nails airy for me too. Also, since it's a book signing you can be a bit artsy in your approach... Let the genre of the book, male or female writer, and of course the space that it will go into guide you. I'd use full-blown flowers for a romance novel, callas for a mystery, etc... just thinking out loud.
