The registration process is very cumbersome. It resents the form each time it comes back with a missing info message. Also 100 character intro is not a good idea. I think you should review the registration process. I am sure a ton of people would leave at this stage.

The reason for this is that we enjoy learning about our colleagues in the industry. To be a productive member of the board we try to learn as much as we can about each other. If 100 words is too much for someone, I doubt they will enjoy posting on the boards.
