Tel HDQTRS order vent

For various reasons I cannot quit the w/s just yet due to a POS system, etc...

so this situation happened at xmas and I complained to my rep. Now it has happend again.

Receive call on the 2/11. order for $35 total , rosebush goin to a very rural address. We tell them it's $35 for a fresh arrg, + 20 delivery. $55 total needed. They take our name and we hang up without the order. 20 minutes later, another call, same order. Another 20 minutes, same order, different person calling us from Tel Hdqtrs, I ask to speak to a supervisor. I explain to said supervisor what we need, that we are the only shop serviccing this town, etc. We hang up with the understanding they will call customer and call us back. ha.
2/12...receive a phone call about this same order, same sh1t. Ask for another supervisor. repeat above.
2/12 pm...receive another phone call different operator, ask to speak to yet another supervisor, told she is unavailable. Ask to speak to the supers' supervisor. repeat conversation.
2/12pm...receive another phone call....was alot more irate and operator apologizes says she will contact customer.
2/18....receive order with correct pricing. WTF?? Still marked "happy vday"

so now i've left a vmail and email with my rep ....still haven't heard from her. I think she's scared of me. And she should be. I feel sorry for the sender who missed the holiday b/c teleflora wants to outsource headquarters to other countries, where the operators don't seem to be trained very well. And supervisors don't understand the meaning of customer service....yet if I had screwed the order up I would have to fix it......and I'm a teleflora member why???
 
#1. The last time I received a call from "Teleflora Headquarters" and I couldn't understand the speaker nor the time delay in the transmission lines, I told them to find someone who could speak English before they called me again.
#2. That is the game they play, you ask for "open order or designers choice" and delivery, they say they'll contact the customer and a few minutes later a new operator will call with the same order, you tell them the same.
We are NOT the only Teleflora florist here so I tell them to call the other shop with their order. One time, I questioned the operator as to what is the sending shop and she blindly said "Just Flowers", to which I said, won't fill for them. Now they don't want to tell who the order comes from, usually they'll state "Teleflora Headquarters".

Wouldn't you guess that all orders from TF HQ are from OG's .
I have never sent an order to TF HQ. Am I missing something here?
I will not take orders from TF HQ. I figure that any shop can send directly to me, either over the dove or phone.
If anyone is going through TF I don't want it .
Maybe it's just my mood today. Just REALLY disgusted with TF!! They condone all of the crap and enable the OG to destroy our industry .

not all TF HQ orders are OG's.....remember, they advertise teleflora.com to gather orders that they forward to their member florists. Easier for the consumer they will tell you, for the consumer to just go right to them, which is why the "find a florist" link is so tiny and hidden on their website.
 
Teleflora.com = order gatherer
So really a TF HQ order is no different than an order from 1-800 or EFF YOU Flowers.

not all TF HQ orders are OG's.....remember, they advertise teleflora.com to gather orders that they forward to their member florists. Easier for the consumer they will tell you, for the consumer to just go right to them, which is why the "find a florist" link is so tiny and hidden on their website.
Do they charge you to be listed on the"find a florist"link?
 
I don't pay but I also told them I wanted NO false storefront. I wanted no links to a web page except my own and I would not pay for the redirect. So therefore, I show up but no false storefront page.
Now FTD's find a florist link, if you were an FTD shop but didn't have one of their websites, you weren't listed at all.

Do FTD charge?, they do in uk,regardless of whether you have website link or not.
 
When you receive an order from Headquarters over the dove is there a way to know if it is from teleflora.com or from a shop/OG forwarding the order to headquarters???

I don't believe so. I'm pretty sure that there are so many florists who refuse TF's best OG's that headquarters will cloak to get them filled.
I quit TF 4 or 5 years ago and got rid of the Dove program, when I resigned with them last fall, I refused to install the Dove program, I want no extra fees. When I quit, I was spending more time refusing or asking for more money on Dove machine orders. This time, my rules, no Dove.
