Should it really take 10 days or more to come up with a statement. FTD takes about 3. Doesn't give me a lot of confidence when it takes that long. Or, maybe as a private company they just don't care about cashflow.
yes and how come they can't send an email telling you its ready to be viewed etc..............
Naw... FTD and 800F both also run their accounting on antiquated technology, they can't provide real time data either, not even to their own employees.Teleflora is the only company that you could wait 36 days to find out how much you spent for a carton of containers. Sometimes it drives me crazy.
Nicole while we're on the subject, a current online billing would be Great when we order containers. We never know what the price really is , including shipping, till we get the statement. Teleflora is the only company that you could wait 36 days to find out how much you spent for a carton of containers. Sometimes it drives me crazy.
That's what we're saying.TF doesn't send an invoice with containers. You see nothing till you get a statement.
What Mikey said~!Nicole is wayyyy more believable!!
Thanks Nicole. I guess the problem is that 99.99999999999% of florists close their books on the last day of the month. That means they wait 10 or 11 days for teleflora, and frankly, wire service bills are usually too complicated to accrue.
