I have a beef with Teleflora.com. On teleflora.com they are offering 10.00 off of every flower ordered. I went on their site to place an order they charge 13.99 for service fee take off the 10.00 and charge no sales tax. When we recieve an order from them they always say includes 7.00 for delivery. Do they actually give the florist 7.00 or are they sending the order through at the shown price? Any boby know?
