Teleflora Headquarter Orders

We just received two orders from Teleflora. One said it was from "Teleflora FOS Intern" and the other one said is was from "Teleflora OKC". Both orders were priced to us incorrectly. The first order was for the Thomas Kincade Chapel and was for only $49.95, the SRP, with no delivery fee included. The second order was also for the Kinkade Chapel for a total of $42.46! What is going on here? Is this why some florists do not accept HQ orders? Our patience is running thin with Teleflora.

Maybe I am wrong, but arent all Teleflora HQ orders US money orders. WHich means there should be enough dollars for everything. But sometime we get HQ orders are in Canadian funds. We better watch out...We better not cry....Because Santa Claus is coming to town....
Can't wait to use my reject button next week. So far so good.

HQ orders are presented on your statement in CDN funds, grouped in with the International orders. Unless someone is very specifically saying "This is in USD" treat them as CDN. Also, watch your statement to make sure any "USD" orders are reported as such.

Holiday Time is the worst!

TF Okla orders NEVER give you a deliver charge, unless you call and ask for it. I don't usually have the time to do that anymore so I forward them on to someone who doesn't mind taking the loss. I DID have one idiot at TF tell me, "well, we don't give delivery charges because you wouldn't have gotten the order if the customer hadn't come to OUR website". I just hung up and rejected the order. Holiday time is no time for idiots or their comments. God help us all.

Knifes wife

We do not fill Headquarter orders and never have because they are usually gathered orders. What I meen by that is they are usually an order that one of the gatherers can not get out so teleflora calls it for them. We ask for the name of the shop that is sending the order along with their phone number encase there is a immediate question of problem with this order. If they can't or won't provide it , it is because it is from an order gather, so we refuse.

I'm with knife's wife , we never fill for any knowingly gathered order , no matter where it comes from , so anything that comes from TF hq , we ask for the sending shop and their phone number and if we can't get that then we reject the order. As we don't have daisy they have to call it in , so it is easy , no phone , no fill , much harder from FTD on the merc , but the same thing , no sending shop no fill.
