I need some advice on how to proceed with a Teleflora marketing issue.
first, some background information:
When I opened the shop 3 years ago, Teleflora hosted my website, and provided e-marketing support in the form of e-mails to my TF customer database for holiday reminders, etc. After year 1 we produced our own website and I cancelled all web marketing activities, including Dove, although I am still a TF member and appear in the print directory. Just before Christmas I received the following e-mail:

This was generated by some telemarketing outfit hired by Teleflora, none of the links work but attempt to go to a site www.nottf.com. When I called the webmaster at Teleflora, they initially denied knowing anything about this but when told that they appeared in the "what's this" query they admitted that they were involved. I requested the immediate removal of our name and demanded that they stop accessing our old database and requested an e-mail confirmation of my request - I was assured that my request was being handled immediately. since then..nothing. If I go to findaflorist.com and ask for florists in scarborough, ontario, we still appear in the listing with a bum link to www.nottf.com.
I'm wondering how many of my old TF customers received this piece of garbage and tried to link to my website! anyone got any suggestions?
Emily

Sounds like someone just buggered up the selector logic in whatever script they used to output the lists. "NotTF.com" looks like a placeholder value for shops whose site is not TF hosted.

I checked and nottf.com is actually registered by TF ... which is a shame, because I probably could have scored some decent traffic with that domain :)
