Has anyone had complaints from customers that the Chapel is not the height as shown in the advertisements. If you know a secret on how to have the chapel elevated as shown in all of the pictures, please post.

I do not believe that there is a way to duplicate the picture with the supplies given. The post that the chapel sits on is way to short to achieve the same effect.

No............I thought they made up beautifully.

Nope, no complaints. The only complaints we have had is because Teleflora puts a lot of flowers on the picture side and they must have some freakin' amazing spray roses in a few of those arrangements.

Ken, Are you greening the arrangements too big???

I find that when people make these containers up they tend to green too big and the flowers look lost in a sea of greens or that the container or ornament gets lost in that sea of greens. The flowers in the picture are very very close to the foam...

We Actually Bought Dowel Sticks That Fit Up The Chapel And That Raised Them Up. Easier To Green. Cost Is Only Pennies. We Are Not Making Any Blue Unless They Are Specific. Christmas Is A Red And White Holiday.

most of mine are sold sans flowers, no complaints. I bought 72, 24 of which went to a non-tele shop. They dropped tf but still have customers wanting the chapels.

I don't have any complaints on the kincades. However, the picture lists dimensions of 12"Wx 11"H, even on the workshop poster. My kincades, snapped on the base are coming in at 9 1/2"H ish. Too me there is no way that you can get the height wrong, if you put it together as they direct. This would be a TF issue. But really who measures their christmas gifts????

We are asking for color choice on orders from our customers. The initial advertising showed the blue, but now I am seeing mainly red and white. I will sell out of TK by the end of the week. Already sold out of the snowflake.

We got a complaint on the candle color in the ice petals, pics look red, brochure says burgandy, and it looks brownish.

**Sant's secret - call TF on the candle color and $$ comes to your stocking.**

What is that supposed to mean? TF will refund you money if you complain about the candle color? Hmm....

I have yet to see a single blue kinkade come out of our store. Heck, TF has the blue one on their website on the third page or something. No one goes that far when they are looking for the Kinkade.

Sold out of Kincades, got some from another shop, sold out again. Easy in, easy to do, easy out. $$$ :)

Last year, I was trying to go without ordering Kincaide and I caved at the last minute and ordered in a small box mid month. Sold them all, but only two were specially requested. The rest went out on open centerpiece orders, or wire-ins.

This year, I decided to not order any, even though I had one request (from a customer two towns away, who orders only at Christmas). I gave him the names of the five other shops who were carrying it.

I always found, in each Kincaide year, that you had to use very very small pieces of greenery, close to the bowl, to get the "full" look of the picture once flowers were added. The bonus was that the stems were so short on the flowers that they mostly came from our little scrap jars. Green light, and green small and they'll come out better.

4 kincades left and counting, now if ice petals would start selling....

Regarding the size of the kincaid....Did you mix up the posts with other TF arrangements. They are all different sizes...

Only problem we have had is quality of the chapel! We have 5 that were damaged in the case. Bought 72, only 20 left. We seem to sell nearly every one at Christmas...Easter on the other hand..........

no complaint with sales but big problem with TF crap

I have had 3 of these break the cross off the top trying to get the batteries into the bottom of the unit, I have had 2 of the battery lids break these are very poorly manufactured, I will not be every buying them again. the Ice petal plastic base has broken on 5 of the units so another manufacturing problem. I am going on record as saying this is the last holiday of the cheap TF crap that i am buying. peroid. for the prices they charge for their **it it should be of a very much higher quality.

Anyone have a Kincade Chapel left that they would want to part with? We have a customer that complained about the quality of this one - said it was "crooked" and we are looking to replace it for them. Thanks.
