Teleflora People, what gives...phony contest

Got a fax telling me about acontest that teleflora people are having for their member to win some Thomas kinkade picture, which i am intesrested on winning. SO I log on to the site and do the contest. Then I log on the rules and I am not eligible because I AM CANADIAN. THE contest is only open to people in the USA and COLUMBIA.
So why bother faxing me about the contest?????
Why Canadian members are exempt??????

A shop faxed me a copy of the fax today, and it came from L.A. 310 area code...

I had comments about this the other day if some of you recall.

Funny, yesterday, I logged onto mytf, entered the contest and when asked how I had heard of it I said "Peter Plumley"
