Teleflora Sleigh TF92-1

Today we got our second order for this sleigh which we do not have. This time there is no second choice, so I had to send a comment to the sending florist. I called Teleflora, but they're already closed. Is this a product that they carry every year?

Sue: this was a product that TF featured as a special about 4 to 5 years ago, as my memory serves me. I would find a similar sleigh & substitute for the container. ---- downtown wholesalers had some last week in 3 sizes in wire that would work for you.
(TF has apparently decided that this is a "generic" container just because they featured it once. I think it was also on their clearance specials a while back.)

The reason why you're still receiving these orders is because it was included in Teleflora's selection guide Winter section, and most shops still have this page in their books. We still have it in ours and tell our customers that particular sleigh may not be available and the florist will substitute another sleigh. The other item included in these pages is the Christmas Ornament Bouquet that Teleflora has featured for a million years, not the new Mini Ornament. It does present some problems, and we wanted to keep the other items that are on the same pages in our books. We put notes next to these two items in our books (container may have to be substituted) and explain to customers the availability issue.
