Boy, that's a bunch of bull!! Many things they are, but web designers would not be one of them. Wanted to add my logo to my site , well I had the sunflowers that aren't offered anymore, so when they put it in the oval "Shop For" was still in place. I asked them to delete it, but no they couldn't do that.

Okay, let's go to a different template. I get the template with "Blossom Basket" in block letters in the heading. Ask where is the logo....can't add it in this template. Why was the first guy not knowledgable enough to know that. Ok let's change template again and send them separate files with the basket of flowers in 1 file and the name in another. What do I get?? all in 1 small block (still has little yellow blocks from original template). Furious doesn't begin to fit how mad I am. Made the call....told them to go back to the original before any changes, that they apparently had no one with good taste, much less graphic design skills. They did tell me that I could have it custom done, they start at $5000....right. I'd rather have my site down than looking like that.

And oh yeah, look how they added the name, address and telephone at the bottom.....like I said...not taste.

Ok rant over...feel better....

You might want to try Lori & Jason @ media 99. You will find them to be a much easier crew to work with......and the phrase that brings little tears to my eyes is "yes, we can do that for you!".

Much more cost effective than TF....also very easy to use their siteworks stuff.

Off to take a look at media 99. Thanks I hesitate to leave Teleflora because of their constant changes to the site, I know me...it would look old before long and I'd be like some I've seen who still have Mother's Day up. Heck, some just keep it all up year round I see...so maybe that's the trick...lol
