While I forced myself to go through the Sunday newspaper coupons to see which of my competitors paid for the Co-Op ad listing...I started to think---I am guessing less than 10% of guys (the main demographics for Valentine purchases, thus advertising) look at the loose coupon section ...where Teleflora advertises in now (Teleflora & FTD both use to advertise the Flower Holdiay products in the USA Weekend/Parade in Sunday paper).

I love to look at the coop ads - it helps me rate florists on my sap-o-meter.

THese things are a joke, , several shops in my area do them, at 149.00 never get one coupon back or even an order from them, Hey Bloomz tell Twilla, I will send the informatinon, after this week is over,,,Hugs to all..

Used to buy the co-op ads, don't anymore.

However, had a customer call yesterday morning asking about the diamond cut vase. Told her we don't carry it. She said yes you do, you are in the ad in the paper. You are the only one listed under Plattsburgh. I told her we are not carring any of the teleflora products for vday and I don't know how we got in that ad, we didn't approve it.

Now, if we are charged for that ad, teleflora is going to get a mouthfull and NO money. No one placed that ad. Now, I have not seen the ad so, I don't know for sure we are really there, but it sounds like we are..

Ok KidZ...repeat after me...

Co-op ads are expensive, unnecessary and not worth it!
