I'm sure Ramiro referred them as there was a thread regarding their roses posted here last week. I'm sure they would like to address the complaint.
You're right Rhonda, I certainly did tell them about the posts. Ross is a good friend and he runs an exceptionally responsible and quality farm.
FlowerChat is the best example of open communication in our business. It has helped us understand more of the florists' concerns and we have adapted the Flowers For Kids program to address those concerns.
We constantly tell growers in the US and South America about the site.
In the Flowers For Kids training sessions for the retailers we mention FlowerChat several times and suggest that florists sign up.
