Well, I kept wait for someone to notice that the TF "find a florist" link isn't working...

When you try to search, you get the following message...then you can't get the link at all...Funny how this link always seems to have server errors at holiday time...

I don't think most shoppers can even find the "find a florist" link.
The font is so pale and thin that most don't even notice it.
TF just put that link there so they could say that they are giving shoppers a chance to shop a "Real Florist" instead of buying from the ( TF/OG ) site which competes with the members.
NOTE: If you go thru the order process and are able to choose a florist you will be ask 4 (FOUR!) times during the transaction if you want to let Teleflora pick a florist even after you have indicated you want a particular shop.
All TF website owners should complain to TF about this , but, the folks you need to talk to are "insulated" from us by phone answering employees that handle all calls. My rep told me that if the folks at TF had to talk to shop owners they wouldn't have any time left over. Time for what?

They learned that trick from Bad Bobby...

The mysterious disappearing "Find a Florist" button!

I "wonder" if ANY...

Teleflora paying member will step up to the plate and accuse Teleflora of "bigamy" in the same fashion as they did when FTD did these same "stunts"??
How come I'm not hearing screaming, and ranting, and "quitting" happening??

Well, I quit 'em, and those issues with TF.com were only part of the reason. Now I'm working on our other association members, many of whom are truly FWOAC.

I would be happy to complain or threaten or @@@@@ if someone could tell me how to get past the "Screeners" that answer the phone (if you can hold on long enough to get a live person)
Does anybody have a list of "KEY'" people to contact or a way to get past the screeners?

Still amazed how florists feel compelled to take crap from wire services. Was with TF from day one of opening the shop when dove was $19.95.
Couple of years back called to complain about the low sending fee....had been sending 30 orders on average every month and receiving about 5 per month.
So one month I send 19 orders and get slapped a low sending fee. Call them and they inform that is their company policy. Well, my company policy conflicts with them, and I quit.
They call me every 6 months asking me to come back, offering 6 months free. But I listen to them and end up the conversation by telling them please call back with a sweeter deal as at this moment our company is not looking to hire a wire service.
Remember Wire Services need you more than you need then. If you let them sell directly to your customers and fill the orders for them, you are accepting their abuse.
The wire services could put O/G out of business in one month and improve the health of the florists simply by doing away with rebates and take away incentives from ogs to be in the business. But the myopic WS are betting on the wrong horse.
