I see that when ordering on-line @ TF.com, the sender is asked if they want to pay an additional $10.00 for delivery before 1pm.

My question is whether anyone has received such a specific dead-line order and, if so, are they getting that additional $10.00 (prior to the 80:20 split)?

And, if you have had such a requirement, what approach does TF take with you, the florist, if the intended recipient is not around?

Interesting.... What happens if they send you the order at noon?

Are there any disclaimers?

I'm thinking the same thing that always happens. TF keeps the money, blames the filling florist, and offers their customer a discount on their next undeliverable order. Whoopie! So glad I'm no longer associated with them and their lack of ethics!

Tending to agree re. TF's attitude but would be interested to learn what they actually do.

Looking at TF.com, I do not see any exclusion/exception clauses for the sender if they accept the $10 fee. As for handling a delivery timed for 1pm and you receive it @ Noon, I imagine most will reject.

Interesting to see if TF keep this for Christmas, Val Day and Mom's Day.

They suck simply said....why people are still taking this crap is beyond me...
