I have heard you guys talk before that rejecting orders costs you. Is this true with TF and if so, on my clearing house statement, how does it appear?

You don't "REJ" (Reject) an order with TF...at least not on my system-Daisy. You would "REF" (Refuse) an order. I have absolutely never been charged for this by Teleflora. Other FC members claim they are charged. I don't think so. If you send a "CAN" (Cancel) you will be charged. That is exactly why I ask every florist who sends me a "CMT" (Comment) about the order stating that that can't fulfill the order as requested to just send me an "REF" message...that way I don't pay to send a "CAN". Then I "RSD" (Resend) the order to another florist.
