TF Statement Question

You don't "REJ" (Reject) an order with TF...at least not on my system-Daisy. You would "REF" (Refuse) an order. I have absolutely never been charged for this by Teleflora. Other FC members claim they are charged. I don't think so. If you send a "CAN" (Cancel) you will be charged. That is exactly why I ask every florist who sends me a "CMT" (Comment) about the order stating that that can't fulfill the order as requested to just send me an "REF" message...that way I don't pay to send a "CAN". Then I "RSD" (Resend) the order to another florist.
