A lady came in with a box of vases this morning. She pointed out this ugly green glass vase and proceeded to tell me the "story" of the prune bouquet she received for her 50th birthday.
Her daughter had wanted black roses and we suggest the prune bouquet ala Erlene.
It was the hit of the office, we have gained her whole family as customers due to our "stolen" creativity and great customer service.
