Since I am openly criticle of their actions when I don't agree, I feel it only fair that when I find something I like or appreciate that I pass that along as well...

A BIG Thank You for the "new" online Clearinghouse Statement area...much more user friendly!

Hmmmm...looks very different to me, once you log in....it opened up to the May statement already open, with new clickable links down the right hand side....

ftdi.com > clearinghouse statement from the main page, log in and it was a different version than I last saw...maybe it's been a couple months since I checked the online version??
 
I don't know.. maybe it is me,, but it doesn't help me more.. first of all where is the download click to download the data to match in advant wire rec??? and I really don't find it that much easier.. the print outs looks just like the mailed statement now but that is not really value added..the other ones were ok..

I do like that you can see several months final data on one page..but this is not enough value to me for the time spent.

I sure can see where the new site benefits FTD/. you can now do payments on line w cc or bank check (i think).. but once again I do not see value to me.. only to FTD..

I still like Advantage more than what I have seen, especially for the money.. and support is better at Advantage than at most of the others when you take in to account that there are many many more Advantage users than most of the other systems

But I will agree with Herb that there have been many advances in Advantage as opposed to most of the other systems.. FTD has spent lots of money to continue to move this product forward.. I just don't like when we go backwards (windows platform is going to be a BAD BAD BAD BAD, have i mentioned BAD thing)

Maybe it's me... I don;t use the online version often...it just seemed easier/different to me...

Maybe this feature will move to their technology soon?

Yep you did Carol, and so have many others, hence one of my reasons for leaving, but remember "they" know whats best for "florists"...(sorry, could not resist)

One other thing...regarding support...until you have experienced "real-time" online support, there is nothing to compare it to....
 
I'm kinda curious....

as to what it is you are seeing that is so different Mark?? I have noticed no change in the online clearinghouse from before....and I use this tool all the time!!
 
Well hell.... what am I seeing that you guys are not....?????????????

Now when I log in, I go directly into the current month statement without having to select a month (today Junes is up).

The first page has all the same info it used to, however it now includes advertising (for convention) right in the top portion of the statement, to the right.

Statement summary is a 5-6 line field on the left, with the summary breakdown down the right, all clickable as before, however the "box" containing the breakdown list is smaller than I remember.

When you go into "summary of monthly activity" sections they are all in boxes, with smaller print than before...

I'm sure that this did not look this way last month, however I only looked at the money coming to me, and did not dig in further, but it is different than I saw last time...maybe you all had this before, and I only got it this time since I cleared all my cache files???

I don;t know what else to tell ya...
 
F.T.D.'s testing....

a new online statment and payment feature.........I got an e-mail last month along with 100 other members that we would the ones testing it.
The old site I think was ftdi.com/??/ and the new one is run by ebill.sebis.com/ftd/ so check your on-line statement and see what url your browser points to.......

Looks like Boss is also testing out the new link.
 
Boss ... can you post a screen cap? Blur your statement info, but let's see the page design!

Must be... I went to ftdi.com (manual entry) and clicked on "Clearinghouse Statement" in the top left menu....

But the shot John posted is the page I get...

It's not what we get so enjoy it folks, we still see the old format.

anyways....

for those of you not yet integrated into the "new" format, it's a wonderful upgrade, and worth waiting for.....easier to make sense of!!
 
We didn't receive an email about it but we are also on the new online statement format since last month; doesn't matter - FTD is still outta here July 31.
