As florists, we always send out items for other peoples awkward or painful moments, I'd just like to publicly thank Victoria who took care of one for me.

It's so frustrating to have situations where you can't help and you can't be there. One of the things I love so much about this board is the ability to form relationship/friendships with other florists and KNOW that they care about their product and customers the way we do. It was a comfort to know that I could leave a personal order in Victoria's capable hands. It meant a lot to me, my folks and the family we couldn't be with. So thank you.
