Wow. Let me do better than that. I did not realize it was posted so literally.

Hello! My name is Jill aka Moxie. My company name is Moxie Floral Design. The web page will be www.moxiefloraldesign.com, however I do not yet have it up and running. I quit my job on Monday in order to start my business. I am on day 5. So far I have all my licenses and my first consultation as Moxie FD is this afternoon.

I was referred to FLowerChat by Amy Epstein of Crimson & Clover Designs, in Baltimore, MD. She helped me answer a lot of questions I had. I hope to find other mentors here and help answering my questions. I can offer other members feed back on good business and marketing ideas as well as creative input.

I have no formal floral design training. I ran a florist for 2 years as the manager as well as initiated their wedding design business. I participated as a vendor at the Grace Ormande Wedding Show in 2002 and have done free lance weddings since then.

I am looking to renovate a shop in the Hamden area of Baltimore, but for the time being operate out of my home.

I'm a sponge and am currently accepting all forms of assistance! lol
