I am so in love with this show. I have watched it every time it's on. Granted, not every single show, but hubby keeps asking me why I keep switching channels back and forth.....
The finale tonight.......
the two guys Rudy and Danny.
What a change..... Rudy starts out at 442 lbs......loses 234 lbs and about 20 years......
Danny..........WOW......... looks mid 50's when he starts at 430 lbs....
loses 239 lbs at the finale, wowza.....how absolutely late 20's/early 30's manly man
....and how about all of them that worked so hard.

I'm 5' 3" and weigh 147 lbs (sorry that's overweight for my frame) but I couldn't lose 15 lbs never mind 230 +???

My hat's off to each and every one for the courage, determination, and guts to go through with what they did. (with the help of super trainers, doctors, diet coaches, and their families)

They were unrecogniseable as their original selves. It was a great result for all of them. :)

I watched it also and each contestant had an amazing results...think about it...the winners lost the equivilant of another "person"...how amazing is that! I hardly recognized them from the start to the end..

I saw the winner on Leno last night. Yowza... he looked HOT - like Mel Gibson. I kept thinking of how absolutely CRAPPY I felt 8-9 months pregnant at 50lbs heavier (yeah I know you're not supposed to gain that much!). This guy lost almost 5 times that amount of weight!!!! UNBELIEVABLE.

I watch the show - Danny does look good! I have been working on losing 20 pounds since August.. I did it.. but - 5 months.. really?

It has got to be hard for them... they must be very determined!

I love Jillian too! My kinda lady - Tell it like it is.. but with a good heart!
