All I can say is wow!

I did a review on yellowpages.com on "My Local Flower Shop" because they come up when I do a search on Waynesfield, OH florist. My review tells how they are not local and simply an OG. This morning a woman calls me from this company, yells at me, threatens me, and then hangs up before I can say a word. I call her back and with the same raspy voice she answers in a joyful voice and I tell her who I am. She tells me I have a wrong number and hangs up again. So I followed up my review......I am in awe of the audacity of people. Check it out:

Hmmmm....not sure if I wold have done that. It was wrong for them to call you and harass you. I think I would have just stated simply they weren't a real flower shop and to give a real flower shop a call. I wouldn't have used some of the charged words. What's done is done though so.... I dunno.

When I cool down, I may remove it all. In the meantime, I want to provoke her to call me back. Abrasive? Sure, maybe too much on my part, but, I am a big enough person to go toe to toe and hammer it all out. Nothing ticks me off more than someone who calls, screams, and then cowardly hangs up. I think it is this darn red hair that gets me all wired up!
 
Hi, it looks like some of the positive reviews are staged. Notice how all rave reviews are uppercase? Do you have anyway to verify those review? I would keep it on. I don't think I would remove. I think you stating facts. I can tell by the true reviews. Thank god yellowpages has a review system.

I would be expecting retaliation.

They knew it was me by looking at all of my posts and one of them was for my own business stating that I was a real local florist to offset the OG and WS on yellowpages.com. I had yellowpages.com call me a few weeks ago and ask me to pay for a "prominent ad" and I told them no because they allow the OGs to masquarade as local florists and I won't be giving them any money.

I expect retaliation........not one to run from a fight. If I was, I wouldn't have let anyone know who I am. It will get interesting for sure!

These are "fights" you cannot win - and your reputation suffers - good luck with it.
