Ok, this is my toughest monster protecting my floral Castle, it's the two headed wire service dragon from HELL! If you correctly name the two below, you slay this beast and become the floral champion of my castle and will receive the golden scissors of floral design!

Dragon Head 1 (FTD)

Dragon Head 2 (Teleflora)

Whoever slays this dragon, as Gracie has suggested, gets to post the next image. :) Gl my dragon slayers!

p.s. I added the below for JB. JB, head down the main hallway of my castle, third door on the right is Sher's guest room, you'll find my chalice of green wonders there on the table!

Don't smoke it all, Sher will be pissed! lol

Oh and BTW, I buy both of these at a farm out of San Diego Ca. And I buy the third from JB.

:) I am just kidding, I don't do drugs, unless you consider crack cocaine a drug... I mean caffeine! I need more coffee!

Daze, I was going to say those two look REALLY familiar! The names escape me though...darn it...if my brain didn't lose some marbles when I had the boys!!

Aileen! I know what you mean.... after we had 2 kids I went from smart-ass to dumb-ass. Sometimes I forget the easiest things in life, but smart or dumb, I think we can all agree, i am still all ass!

Heeeeeeehawwwwwww!

I have no idea but that first one is really cool looking. I have a good one that I need help figuring out but it's on my iphone and I can't figure out how to get pics off of it yet. lol

top pic is Coneflower (Ratibida) Sunflower (Asteraceae)??

I'm not sure.....

As most of you know, I am not really up on flowers all the much....

I couldn't get the first two.....however the third pic looks like the cannabis bud, possibly of the sativa variety.

I'm sure my cousin Paul could nail that third one...he is a retired Federal Narcotics Officer.

All the best,

The top one is indeed Echinops.......Commonly known as cone flower

A close relative of echinops is rudbeckia - also known as cone flower

The second one looks to be astilbe

The third I leave for JB

Rick,

I think you meant Echinacea...but it's not that either because of the foliage. Also, the other looks like astilbe but, again, because of the foliage it's not that either.

Echinops is globe thistle.

I'm still looking...

#1 aka echinacia, I'm sure I spelled that wrong.

#2 I can't tell from the pic.

#3 looks like trouble that should be legalized. BTW, I don't do any drugs and I rarely drink booze, I hate the way it tastes. Rather drink kool-aid.
And I quit smoking 6 years ago after smoking for 20. Cold turkey! I got pnemonia and almost died.. That'll learn ya!
But if ya wanna do it, knock yourself out!

The top photo looks like the thistle plants which grow wild around here.

Only one person has got the right answer and it was for Dragon 1, FTD! Congratz to you know who. :p

I give up on the second one. Just when I think I've got it nailed down I go back and look at the picture and it's not it. Okay, you gave a hard one this time ;)

Thanks for correcting me....it WAS echinacea I was thinking of ...... not echinops

So, Brandon, was it Echinacea or Rudbeckia.....both species have the common name Cone Flower

The first one is Rudbeckia also known as Green Wizards. Go to Google--->images and type in green wizard flower and cone flower to see the difference. The name is direct from the farm, maybe wholesalers call them cone flowers. They are fun to design with and when I order them, I always ask for 'Green Lizards' and then we both laugh, but the person from the farm is thinking, omg, not that joke again...what a tool.

lol

TF has always been more true to the florist industry so I wanted to make theirs a little harder.... GL...I'll post the answer tonight. Heather, if no one gets it, start looking for a floral image to post the next contest. :)
