POM Wonderful is a drink product using pomengranate made by POM Wonderful LLC, a privately owned company, founded by Lyndae Resnick and her husband, and, as we know, Ms Resnick is associated with Teleflora.
I, and maybe others, have opinions regarding deceptive imagery and statements associated with those images as promoted by TF, and, in fairness, others in the WS system.
I see that POM Wonderful is challenged by the US Food & Drug Admin (FDA) for practices regarding claims they make in the marketing, promotion and branding of the PON Wonderful pomegranate drink. (POM Wonderful refuted FDA statement).

(I hope the above link works).
In fairness, the challenge does not necessarily disprove the statements but that the statements are not necessarily proven and that the labelling does not comply with regulations, which,be they fair or not, other companies are supposed to comply with.
Labels which do not comply with regulations and/or have not been legally assessed but still marketed as promoting something which might is deceptive. While not on the same level - insomuch as we are not encountering human health issues - imagery that suggests to sections of the public one thing regarding a floral arrangement but which is not necessarily so in practice, make me wonder how far that proverbial apple does fall from the tree.
