Our flower shop, with the usual extras: balloons, cards, gifts; and the unusual extras of art and custom picture framing - has been in business for about two years. The owner, Rosie Cooper, has worked with flowers for more than 20 years; and has completed the Kentucky Master Graduate Florist education program. We are located in the miniature, historic town of Wilmore Kentucky.
