Hope that the hurricane coming your way slows the winds quickly.
Hurricane Juan headed for Halifax Nova Scotia this evening. Should move overland and head through the middle toward Eastern New Brunswick and western PEI before traveling north eastward. Best Wishes...stay safe.

Thanks Rhonda and Mikey, never knew a thing about it...Yes, it just started raining here in NB ay 2:30am....and it's been windy all day Sunday...we'll see what happens I guess.

The weather had been changing here so drastically these past 10 years or mor..god knows whats going to happen next!

I've contacted friends at Grand Lake...

New Brunswick, but have had NO LUCK contacting friends in Halifax/Dartmouth!!
Reports are that an apartment building collapsed near the harbour...must be on the Dartmouth side...don't remember seeing any apartments on the Halifax harhourfront!!

Dan's dad lives in Tantalon, we haven't heard from him but I would have been shocked if we did.

Hope all our maritimers faired out okay.
