Well the closing deal fell through today.
The New perspective owner wanted to change his mind on the price and offered only 71% on the dollar and he wanted a rebate at the end after the closing. Mr.Loof Lipra wanted more for his buck.
I said to him, Don't we want more for our dollar.

I decided to part way now, as at least will be part of this family for several more years before I could find someone to buy the store.

Now I have to syke myself for more holidays and non traditional holidays like April Fool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
