I get a call from out of state and she says that she put in a search for "FTD florist" in a town I deliver to and my website shows up as a local florist. She said she usually just goes through FTD but clicked on my site and liked it so she called me instead. I used the opportunity to educate her on how she saved money and added quality by calling a florist direct. I told her that next time she could drop the "ftd" and just use "florist" in the town she wanted. Turns out that she is a district manager for a company in this town and she says she is looking for someone to decorate for the Christmas party so I am I quoting that gig also. I love it when a plan comes together.

It is a small step but a step up the right ladder!
