My name is Tracy. I have been a floral designer for 25 years. I owned a flower shop for 15 years and sold it. I was inducted into AIFD in 2002. I had problems with my health and that is why I sold my shop. Also, not being able to keep up with the requirements lost my accreditation in AIFD. So ,I moved to Florida with my partner of 13 years. I think we all migrate to Florida when that happens. LOL. Well, things have turned for the better and I missed my passion and decided to (yes in this economy) open a new shop . So I am back doing what I love! If you ever wondered about the power of flowers making some one's life happier look no further!! So I am in year one (actually 3 months) and I have have an outstanding response to the opening of my new shop ( Opened it Feb. 8Th, 2010). Just getting past my first mother's day I started with a bang ! I am right now the only one besides my partner who works the shop. He is the book keeper. So my first mother's day weekend we rolled out 125 deliveries. I feel that is a great start! So now I wish to learn what tools I can to keep going ! In the part of Florida where we are located alot of the population migrates back north for summer. So I have 3 months to fight a very slow time till they come back!
