Two codes??

I am problably asking a very naive question here but, I just can't figure this one out? A florist ( who will remain nameless to protect the innocent?) is listed in the FTD directory with one code number but when I get a MercDirect order from said florist, it comes up with another code. Apparently, this is a sending only code. Why have two? The reason I ask is because twice I have had to send an Ask message back to the "sending florist only" and I don't get an answer back because they did not receive it. We had to do some detecive work to find out who the florist is.
The MercDirect order does not list florists name or city. Am I missing something?

I ran across this with 800Flowers; my opinion is that the filling florist who will not fill 800flw's orders doesn't know it's them!

If the FTD code ends in ZA it's a send only shop.....or maybe that should read "If the FTD code ends in ZA it's an O.G."
