I have been really struggling with the conversion tracking code. I place it in the approate checkout pages but it still doesn't work? Anyone know what else I can do?

Also I keep seeing keywords entered in on search results but I don't see any page views. Is this something wrong with our website that people are not getting to the website? Or does it have something to do with the robots?

Not only am I having problems with those things but I am also seeing my frekin bounce rate going higher and higher. I know there is alot of checking by competion or is it to be blamed on the robots?

I think they should have a term in college to interpret and understand google analytics - and now they're changing the code on us.

But it's what you get for free, and it's certainly no worse than the ones I used to pay for.

GA is actually a pretty powerful analytics tool and quite user friendly relative to the other options available. You should see what you have to deal with if you spend $6-10k for Urchin!

Eric, if you want to give [email protected] reporting access to your GA stats I can try and help you make sense of them. I suspect some of the problems may be related to the redirects you're using.
