They have their WhoIs info blocked with generic information. The registered address of 419 Lafayette St 10003, returns some interesting results, including "virtual office space" and political contributions but not much else.

Seems to me I have heard of them, but can't place the who, when, where and WHY?

Here's another of their sites; http://www.unitedflorists.org/ where they compete directly with the folks the other site says they are trying to help... actually I think all they are doing is trying to get your money ;)
