a new attack on open ported internet sites was launched around NOON yesterday and it's title reads " worm.p2p.spybot.gen " and is rapidly spreading PAST innoculation software, and right onto hard drives, WITHOUT opening any mail attachments.
Apparently Microsoft has patches for "Windoze" and PCcillan has already posted a "removal" tool, in the event you're infected.
ANYONE, with a high speed permanent connection, is especially at risk, but, NOT confined to any particular user group.

My ISP was shut down the better part of today due to the attack of the cyber weinies...

I guess I do not have to worry, I do not use windows 2000 or NT, as they are the only OS effected!!! I am still using wondows 95 believe it or not!

I just gave a demo last week with a laptop running WIndows 95.
It is amazing how fast it comes up when compared to my XP boxes. However, Windows XP is much nicer than 95.
