Mac's Flower Complaint site is also receiving a steady stream of submissions. The FTD page has several photos examples of 'not like the picture' and PF is getting hammered about both quality and the 'EasySaver' credit card scam.
Mac's site allows consumers to name the delivering florist. I hope the consumers call the shops first and try to resolve the complaints before posting their names. In most cases, it appears the shops should have just refused the orders, but my guess is they didn't want to have to pay 'receiving fees' for no income.
Customer service is terrible, non-delivery of product. I guess FTD stands for: Forgot To Deliver
I will never do business with FTD again and encourage everyone not to use them.
