vanda orchids?

I have to glue vanda orchids on to a wire frame for a wedding ! I am alittle worried about them going soft and floppy.? would i be best to leave it till sat morning, or will they be ok glued on fri afternoon ? I have heard that if you float them they will hold up for weeks ? Any tips welcome ?

I have glued vanda on to bullion wire for a wedding bouquet on the friday morning so the glue will set really firm (oasis cold glue) & they have stayed firm for a sat pm wedding & lasted firm for days afterwards with no spraying.

Yup...that's a vanda. Beautiful!! They are about twice the size of a dendrobium...just gorgeous!

They are stunning, we use then quite alot, but i have either wire and taped or used whole on stems ( hand tied ). A little worried about glueing tho, wondered if the glue would leave a mark ? have tested one yesterday, seemed o.k they are tougher than phalanopsis. thanks for messages !
