It's already started. We had a customer storm out in disgust when my salesperson told her there would be a nominal $4 delivery charge to a local law office. Her parting words while walking towards the door were "Four dollars? thats ridiculous! I can go to Lowes and buy my poinsettia and deliver it myself!" The closest Lowes is 35 miles away.

Oy. Knock wood, I haven't had a delivery charge complaint, yet. But, there's still 5.5 more days to go!
