Good evening...

In need of some direction. We rarely have brides use peonies for weddings, so we don't work with them often.

Is it best to do a simple hand tied and keep them in water until delivery or do you suggest using an oasis holder?

Thanks! And Merry Christmas!!

Peonies are a pretty heavy flower with a wide stem, I would be a tad bit nervous if they were designed in a foam holder. One swing from a excited bride and the peony might become a projectile. I recommend hand tie. They hold up fine even on the warmest of days once the bouquet is lifted out of water. A moderate spray of crowning glory will do wonders for peonies.

I agree...we always hand tie peonies.
