(I'm starting threads like crazy lately!)
So many of your gorgeous bouquets have these brown twirly things in them.
I think they are in LOTAKIDS avatar pictures.
What are they called?? Where can I get some?? They are so cool!

fern curls, try Mayesh

Lil, they call them Monkey tails also. And really they are "uluhe"
There are really really big ones called "kakuma"
Phil, Cathy's husband (CHR) is hold Kakuma in his Avatar on Facebook.

There are brown/purple ones, and greenish fern curls.
The green and the brown are slightly different in texture and color.

The brown ones break very easily, much more than the green variety.

and they are not inexpensive...

They are very immature fern fonds, that are harvested prior to unfurling. They have been an inspiration for human spirituality for several thousands years, inspiring the Celtic spirals, which were then assimliated by the Christianity,; see epecially the croziers of prelates. The spiral was also prevalent in the indigeneous peoples' cultures of the South Pacific, and is still manifested to this day.
